I need to export and import a big database (more than 2 Gb) on the shared hosting. How can I do this?

I have a shop with a big database. Now it has about 1.6-.1.8 Gb, but it is growing. The shop is located in the shared hosting because the traffic is not very big.
I need to export and import this database.
