Everything became without any problems, and compared to the old search, it worked in such a way that I could not even imagine. I asked the author literally one question in a personal, he suggested the moments of the settings, and, it seems, everything became fine. I especially liked the search by request in a different layout: it was not in the description of the module, but here is such a nice bonus.

 

But after a while, the search algorithm began to annoy. When entering a query, the line "Nothing found" immediately popped up, and only after a few seconds a list of results was displayed. Those "few seconds" could drag on long enough for the user to give up on searching. Damn ... I replaced the phrase with "Looking for ... try also pressing ENTER", but this is not serious. At the same time, I seriously believed that a search engine was not needed: I only have about a thousand items, and the description says that a search engine is not needed with such a small number. besides, it was necessary to work further on filling, and .. in general, I endured.

 

The problem was solved by a failure in which part of the auto-completion module settings in the admin panel disappeared. I re-uploaded the distribution kit, searched for a similar problem .. nothing. I turned to Vladimir. It was necessary to give access to the admin panel and ftp, but he solved the problem without any excuses and surcharges, although he could say that this was a conflict with other modules, and my problems. Just helped.

 

After that, she asked a question about the search engine, and whether it makes sense. Yes, it does, since the settings are set to search by several fields, it takes time (I have attributes added almost everywhere). Again, he did not demand full payment, I only paid the difference in price. I installed it myself, and again the same errors appeared. He helped fix them. The search works according to the same algorithm (from the first letters of the query set it gives "nothing found", then it pulls up the results), but the speed of issuing has become such that it looks logical and is not at all annoying.
